Simple http Server with Python

Did you ever needed to share quickly some files with someone? now you can with Python. python logo

Requirements:

Howto:

1. At first navigate to your "shared" folder:

get@athlon:~$ cd Images/
get@athlon:~/Images$ ls
Snapshot_001.png probando2.png slaxpx4sk2.png valentin.jpg
header1.png proyecto\ llamas.xcf tux.jpg

2. Startup your simple http server with pyton

get@athlon:~/Images$ python -m SimpleHTTPServer
Serving HTTP on 0.0.0.0 port 8000 ...

3. Point your explorer to htp://127.0.0.1 and check it out ;)
